About this project
Painted Bird is a bricks-and-mortar store stocking exquisite pieces of vintage clothing sourced from around the world. In response to Covid-19, the store owner recognized the need to be able to sell online, in order to expand her client base.
We worked closely with Stephanie to:
- Create an Audience Overview, which clarified the key audiences that future marketing and advertising efforts would be designed for, thus ensuring maximum return on investment in these areas
- Create a Social Media Plan, which provided recommendations on content and imagery styling to ensure a balanced, engaging social feed which still succeeded in selling products
- Set up Facebook and Instagram Shopping, integrated with her Shopify website
- Assess the right e-commerce platform to meet her needs now, and into the future
- Design and set up the Shopify website
- Create compelling order follow-up emails and subscription notices to encourage return site visits
- Design Mailchimp email newsletter template
